Same day absences:

Please log onto the parent portal on Arbor and use this link https://support.arbor-education.com/hc/en-us/articles/19947254592029-Logging-absences-on-the-Parent-Portal-and-Arbor-App for guidance. If you are adding on an appointment for the same day, please do so but then also email attendance@bordengrammar.kent.sch.uk with proof of that appointment so it can be authorised.

Future absences:

Unfortunately, at present Arbor only allows same day absence reporting. Therefore for any future absences please email attendance@bordengrammar.kent.sch.uk with the details of the absence and provide proof of medical appointment/other.

Students leaving the site for an appointment during the school day:

We kindly ask that if you are meeting your child for an appointment off school site eg. Swallows/Sainsburys car park or at the location of the appointment that you state permission for them to sign out and leave without being collected. This then allows us to let students leave if they need or ask them to wait for collection.
