Physical Education plays an important part in the lives of children at Borden Grammar school. It develops the self-confidence and gives them opportunities to take part in a wide range of activities. Through teaching a variety of activities at KS3 we fulfil the objectives of the National Curriculum programmes of study.
Pupils in Years 7-9 now have 2 double lessons of PE per week which equates to approximately 2½ hours per week. Alongside curriculum lessons there is a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities with different clubs running throughout the school year.
