The sun was shining on Year 10
The sun was shining on Year 10 on Monday morning as they took to the Sales Field to join Mrs Mahoney for a walk and talk as part of her 100 mile walking challenge to raise awareness of, and money for the mental health charity Mind.
Year 10 have been exploring Mental Health in their PD lessons this term looking at areas such as dealing with change, managing stress, the impact of sleep on our mental health and what we do and can do, to promote and support our good mental health.
